CaseX's Service Agreements are an ideal way to keep your business running smooth while not encoring major maintenance bills.
You can purchase prepaid hours and save hundreds even thousands of dollars. With our discounted service and maintenance agreements, you can purchase blocks of hours. You can start with our introductory 10 hour block and use the hours for the whole year. We offer blocks of hours ranging from 10-60 hour blocks. The more hours you purchase the more you save. Service Agreement Details:Prepaid block of 10 hours is $110.00 per hour $1100.00
Prepaid block of 20 hours is $100.00 per hour $2000.00
We will trouble shoot the problem over the phone, if at that time we determine that it can not be fixed over the phone a priority appointment will be scheduled, usually within 24 hours.
Client responsibility to contact CaseX for service, we come when you call!
Windows update, virus and spyware check and cleanup, optimize hard drive, other maintenance as needed. Make recommendation for hardware and software upgrade. Backup is running as scheduled and working properly. Review system logs for errors.
Detailed account after every service call explaining in detail what work was performed, when it was done and by whom. It will also show how many hours remain so you can budget for a renewal.
Maintenance Agreements
For a fraction of the cost of having a full-time, on-site IT person, we can do the same duties at a fraction of the overall cost.
- Discount Rate
2 visits per month,5 Hrs/month - $600.00 per month
1 visits per week, 10 Hrs/month - $1100.00 per month
2 Visits per week, 20 hours/month - $2000.00 per month
- Priority Service

- On-Demand Service

Both the Maintenance & Service Agreement's includes:
- Onsite support Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1 hour minimum)
- Phone support Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (15min minimum)
- Emergency Response - we will be there within (1) to (6) hours after call is placed.
- If the primary technician is not available an on-call technician will handle the service call.
- Hours can be allocated for special projects or training (as needed)
- Software and parts will be billed separately
